MB Financial Approves Dividend of $0.10

The $9.3-billion holding company MB Financial announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.10 per share, the same rate it's paid for the last two quarters after raising it from just $0.01 per share.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 28 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 15. MB Financial has paid a quarterly dividend every year since at least 2002.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.40-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.5% based on the closing price of MB Financial's stock on May 30.
