Signal transmission specialist Belden announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.05 per share, the same rate it has paid since 2004 when it first began making a payout.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 2 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 14.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.20-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.4% based on the closing price of Belden's stock on May 30.
