TOMI Announces the Opening of Its First Research and Development Lab/Quality Control Center Facility in San Diego, California

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc. ("TOMI" or the "Company") (OTCQB: TOMZ), a global bacteria decontamination and infectious disease control company, announces that it has leased space in the San Diego metropolitan area for use as a research and development facility for its Binary Ionization Technology ("BIT") equipment to enhance the functionality of the entire product line. The Company recently completed the acquisition of all intellectual property related to this highly effective decontamination and infectious disease control system from L-3 Communications (LLL: NYSE). The facility will also be used as a testing laboratory and quality control center for all products manufactured under TOMI's direction.
