SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. ("Mad Catz") (NYSE MKT: MCZ) announced today an agreement with AM3D to utilize AM3D Audio Enhancement Technology across a new range of GameSmart™enabled wireless Gaming Headsets.
