ENGLEWOOD,Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Liberty Global, Inc. ("Liberty Global") (NASDAQ: LBTYA, LBTYB and LBTYK) will be holding a Special Meeting of its Stockholders on June 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time at The Marriott Denver South at Park Meadows, 10345 Park Meadows Drive, Littleton, Colorado 80124.
