LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HCP (NYS: HCP) announced that its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Jay Flaherty, will present a general overview of HCP at REITWeek 2013: NAREIT's Investor Forum in Chicago, Illinois. The presentation is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, June 6, 2013.
