American Eagle Outfitters Declares a Regular Quarterly Dividend of $0.125 Per Share, a 14% Increase

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (NYS: AEO) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share, marking the company's 36th consecutive quarterly dividend. As previously announced, this represents a 14% increase from the first quarter dividend of $0.11, which was paid in December 2012. The $0.125 dividend was declared on May 30, 2013 and is payable on July 12, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2013.
