Triangle Capital Declares Fresh Dividend

Updated

Triangle Capital is continuing to set aside money to return to shareholders. The company has declared its latest quarterly dividend, which is to be $0.54 per share paid on June 26 to shareholders of record as of June 12. That amount matches the firm's previous distribution, which was paid in late March. Prior to that, it handed out $0.53 per share.

In the press release announcing the new disbursement, the company pointed out that it marks its 26th consecutive dividend since going public in early 2007.

The just-declared payout annualizes to $2.16 per share. That yields 7.5% at Triangle Capital's current stock price of $28.61.
