Neutral Tandem Declares Special and Regular Dividends
Neutral Tandem's shareholders have been given a double zap of good news. The company has declared both a special and a regular disbursement. The first amounts to $1.25 per share and will be paid on June 28 to shareholders of record as of June 14. The latter is the company's inaugural quarterly dividend; the amount is $0.0625 per share and its dates are June 24 and June 10, respectively.
The only other dividend Neutral Tandem paid was a special distribution of $3.00 per share. This was dispensed in October of last year.
The just-declared regular payout annualizes to $0.25 per share. This yields 4.4% at Neutral Tandem's most recent closing stock price of $5.71.
