Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") today announced the closing of its initial public offering in the United States of 8,050,000 shares of its common stock, including 1,050,000 shares of common stock sold in connection with the full exercise of the option to purchase additional shares granted to the underwriters, at a price to the public of $11.00 per share. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 23, 2013 and trade under the ticker symbol "BRSS."

Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, William Blair and KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as underwriters for the offering, with Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley acting as representatives for the underwriters. A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed and declared effective with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
