OTK Associates Files Detailed Investor Presentation on Morgans Hotel Group with the SEC
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- OTK Associates, LLC ("OTK"), the largest shareholder of Morgans Hotel Group Co. ("Morgans") (NAS: MHGC) with 13.9% of the outstanding common stock of the company, today filed an investor presentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the slate of seven directors it has nominated for election to the board of directors of Morgans at the company's upcoming annual meeting of stockholders on June 14, 2013. The presentation details OTK's plan to align the interests of the board and management with the stockholders of the company and maximize value.
