IDT Corporation to Report Third Quarter Fiscal 2013 Results
NEWARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- IDT Corporation (NYS: IDT) will report its financial and operational results for its third quarter of fiscal 2013, the three months ended April 30, 2013, on Thursday, June 6, 2013 after market close.
IDT's earnings release will be filed on a Form 8-K and posted on the investor relations page of the IDT website (www.idt.net/about/ir) as early as 5:00 PM ET on June 6th. As in prior quarters, the earnings release will not be issued over a wire service.
IDT's conference call will begin at 6:00 PM ET on June 6th with management's discussion of financial and operational results, business outlook and strategy followed by Q&A with analysts and investors.
