Grand Theft Auto V gameplay screen leaked

A user named "We ti terun" has posted what might be the first gameplay screenshot of Rockstar's upcoming game Grand Theft Auto V.

The screenshot seemingly depicts an underwater vehicle. Given the fact that there will be jet skis and other water-based vehicles, there is some credence attached with the aforementioned image. You can view it below.
