PrivateBancorp Keeps Dividend at a Penny

Mid-mark financial services provider PrivateBancorp announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.01 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2009.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 28 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 14. The banking concern has made quarterly payouts since 1997.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.04-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.2% based on the closing price of PrivateBancorp's stock on May 24.
