L.B. Foster Keeps Dividend Steady at $0.03

Global heavy industry manufacturer L.B. Foster announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.03 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout 20%, from $0.025 per share.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 21 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 7. L.B. Foster has paid dividends since 2011.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.12-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.3% based on the closing price of L.B. Foster's stock on May 24.
