KINSTON, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- the little bank (OTCBB: LTLB) announced that its Board of Directors, on May 16, 2013, approved a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.0750 per share on the Bank's common stock. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 14, 2013. Currently, 2,816,851 shares of common stock are issued and outstanding.
