TeleTech Celebrates Military Veterans in the Workforce

Nine Percent of TeleTech Employees in Greeley Center are Military Veterans

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NAS: TTEC) , reaffirms today the company's commitment to U.S. military veterans by signing a pledge to recognize the value, leadership and skills of veterans at its state-of-the-art customer service delivery center in Greeley, and throughout Colorado.

Nine percent of TeleTech employees at the Greeley office are military veterans. By signing the "Statement of Support for the Guard and Reserve" pledge, TeleTech strengthens its partnership with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).

"Guardsmen and Reservists bring a global perspective and proven leadership to any workforce," said Mike Jossi, executive vice president at TeleTech. "Trained, tested, screened, and experienced military veterans know how to work as a team and have made significant contributions to TeleTech."

"TeleTech has stepped forward and taken some meaningful and positive steps in hiring our veterans," said Dick Young, Colorado State ESGR chair. "They understand not only the generous effort our military members have put forth in defending our country, but they recognize the unique qualities our veterans bring to bear. We applaud TeleTech for leading the way in hiring Reservists and Guardsmen."

TeleTech has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to hiring military veterans through several strategic partnerships beyond the ESGR, including the Employer Partnership of the Armed Forces; Partnership for Youth Success; Military Spouse Employment Partnership; and Veterans2Work.

The pledge ceremony occurred at TeleTech's Greeley, Colorado center in recognition of the success of the facility and the number of military employees located on site. In just one year, TeleTech has grown the center beyond the initial anticipated 500 new jobs to bring more than 600 new jobs to Northern Colorado. During the first quarter of 2013, TeleTech added 200 new positions and anticipates continued growth.
