Imperial Holdings, Inc. Announces Annual Meeting Webcast

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Imperial Holdings, Inc. (NYS: IFT) ("Imperial" or the "Company"), a specialty finance company with a focus on providing liquidity solutions to owners of illiquid financial assets, announced today that it will webcast its Annual Meeting of Shareholders meeting on June 6, 2013. Immediately following the Annual Meeting of Shareholders management will provide a brief investor presentation which will also be available online.

Investors are encouraged to submit questions which may be addressed immediately following the investor presentation. Questions should be emailed to ir@imperial.com and received no later than May 31, 2013.
