Tredegar Keeps Dividend Steady

Updated

Plastic film and aluminum extrusion maker Tredegar announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.07 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout 17%, from $0.06 per share.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 1 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 14. The dividend increase earlier this year was the third time in as many years that it had been raised.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.28-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.1% based on the closing price of Tredegar's stock on May 22.
