According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, 8.7 million new jobs were created in the small-business sector between 2011 and 2012. To help small-business owners get a better understanding of when and how to make their first hire, Michael Alter, CEO of SurePayroll, will host a First Hire TweetChat on June 5, 2013 at 12 noon ET.
