OFG Bancorp Declares Regular Quarterly Common Stock Cash Dividend

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- OFG Bancorp (NYS: OFG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share on its common stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2013.

The dividend is payable on July 15, 2013, to holders of record on June 28, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2013.
