Noodles & Company Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering
BROOMFIELD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Noodles & Company today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Noodles & Company plans to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol NDLS.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and UBS Securities LLC are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Jefferies LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated are acting as book-running managers.
