Hubbard New Chairman at Golden Valley Bank

CHICO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Directors of Golden Valley Bank (OTCBB: GVYB) have elected local businessman Donald Hubbard to be Chairman of their Board. Howard Isom was reelected as Vice Chair and Syl Lucena elected as Secretary.

"Don's leadership qualities and enthusiasm will be very good for the Bank," said Mark Francis, President and CEO, as well as a member of the Bank's Board of Directors. "I look forward to his guidance and assistance."

Hubbard, 62, is the controller of North State Radiology Medical Group in Chico. Prior to joining North State Radiology, he was chief financial officer of Health Business Development Associates in Emeryville, California. Hubbard earned his A.A. from College of the Sequoias, Visalia, California and his B.S. degree from University of California, Los Angeles.
