Goodrich Petroleum Drills Down on Preferred Dividend

Independent oil and gas exploration and production company Goodrich Petroleum announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.45139 per share on its 10.00% Series C cumulative preferred stock. Dividends are accumulative from April 10.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 17 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 3. The preferred shares trade on the NYSE under the symbol GDP-PC.

Goodrich Petroleum does not pay a regular dividend on its common stock.
