Agilent Tech Declares Quarterly Dividend

Updated

Agilent Technologies is sticking to its recently acquired habit of paying dividends. The company has declared its latest common stock payout, which is to be $0.12 per share paid on July 24 to shareholders of record as of July 2. That amount matches the firm's previous distribution; this was paid late last month. Prior to that, Agilent had paid $0.10 per share in the preceding four quarters.

In January 2012, the company's board approved the initiation of regular dividend payments. Since then, it has paid distributions in every quarter.

The just-declared disbursement annualizes to $0.48 per share. That yields 1% at Agilent's most recent closing stock price of $45.74.
