Sierra Wireless Announces Results of Election of
Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sierra Wireless (NAS: SWIR) (TSX: SW) today announced the results from its 2013 annual general meeting of shareholders, held on May 16, 2013. All of the six nominees proposed by management for election to the Board of Directors at the meeting and listed in the company's Management Information Circular, dated April 10, 2013, were elected. The Directors will remain in office until the next annual general meeting of shareholders, or until their successors are elected or appointed.
