CenturyLink Declares Dividend

Updated

CenturyLink is answering the call for continued shareholder payouts. The company has declared its latest dividend, which will be $0.54 per share and paid on June 14 to shareholders of record as of June 3. That amount matches the firm's previous distribution paid in March. Prior to that, CenturyLink was more generous, handing out $0.725 per share.

The firm has been a reliable dividend payer over the years. Since 2000, its disbursement has ranged from $0.0475 per share to $0.725.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $2.16 per share. That yields 5.8% at CenturyLink's most recent closing stock price of $37.02.
