Joy Global Keeps Dividend Steady

Updated

Joy Global is hoping to spread joy to its stockholders in the form of a dividend. The company has declared its latest quarterly disbursement, which is $0.175 per share, to be paid on June 18 to shareholders of record as of June 4. That amount matches the distribution the company has handed out in every quarter stretching back to September 2008. Before that, Joy Global paid $0.15 per share.

The company rarely raises its dividend. Over the past 10 years, it has done so only four times.

The current payout annualizes to $0.70 per share. This yields 1.2% at Joy Global's most recent closing stock price of $58.95.
