Allstate Declares Fresh Dividend

Updated

Allstate is insuring that its stockholders continue to receive payouts from the company. The firm has declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.25 per share. This will be distributed on July 1 to shareholders of record as of May 31. That amount matches the insurance provider's previous disbursement, which was handed out at the beginning of April.

True to the nature of its business, Allstate is steady and habitual in the paying of dividends. Since the beginning of 2009, its distribution has grown incrementally, from $0.20 per share to the current level.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $1.00 per share, which yields 2% at Allstate's most recent closing stock price of $49.08.
