SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Neutra Corp. (OTCBB: NTRR), a provider of all-natural wellness solutions, will take a major step forward in its efforts to capitalize on the incredible growth of the medical marijuana (MMJ) sector in the U.S. this week when the company leadership travels to California to finalize a new joint venture agreement.

NTRR is in talks with a Los Angeles-based company that is developing a suite of cannabinoid delivery-system products for the emerging U.S. MMJ market. Smoke-free delivery systems such as vaporizers have exploded in popularity with MMJ users in recent years because they deliver the same therapeutic effect as traditional pipes and cigarette papers without the potential dangers and restrictions associated with smoking.

Once the joint venture agreement is finalized, NTRR plans to release many new details on its new partner and the exciting line of products it will be marketing and developing.
