Ensco Declares Fresh Dividend

Updated

Ensco continues to drill down and find money to return to stockholders. The company has declared its latest quarterly dividend, which will be $0.50 per share of its Class A ordinary stock. That payment will be dispensed on June 21 to shareholders of record as of June 10. The amount matches the firm's previous distribution, which was handed out in March. In each of the four quarters prior to that, Ensco paid $0.375 per share.

The current dividend annualizes to an even $2.00 per share. That yields 3.1% at Ensco's most recent closing stock price of $64.02.
