FBL Financial Group Declares Quarterly Dividend

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- FBL Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: FFG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share to owners of Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 28, 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2013. There are 24,517,237 shares of Class A common stock and 1,141,291 shares of Class B common stock, for a total of 25,658,528 shares outstanding.

Its primary operating subsidiary, Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company, underwrites and markets a broad range of life insurance and annuities to individuals and businesses, which are distributed by multiline exclusive Farm Bureau agents.
