Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach Declares Second-Quarter Cash Dividend of $22 Per Share

LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach (OTCBB: FMBL) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $22 per share on the Bank's common stock. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2013.
