Acacia Subsidiary Enters into License and Settlement Agreement with Mitel Networks Corporation
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Acacia Research Corporation (NAS: ACTG) announced today that its Brandywine Communications Technologies LLC subsidiary has entered into a license and settlement agreement with Mitel Network Corporation. This agreement resolves patent litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
