United Stationers Maintains $0.14 Dividend

Updated

Office products supplier United Stationers announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.14 per share, the same rate it's paid for the last two quarters after it increased it 7.7% from $0.13 per share.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 14. United Stationers has paid a dividend every quarter since 2011 when it was reinstated after more than a decade-long hiatus and following a 2-for-1 stock split.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.56-per-share annual dividend yielding 1.7% based on the closing price of United Stationers' stock on May 15.
