Real estate developer Mack-Cali Realty announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.30 per share, the same rate it's paid every quarter for the last four years.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 12 to the holders of record at the close of business on July 3. Mack-Cali has paid a dividend every quarter since 1994.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.20-per-share annual dividend yielding 4.3% based on the closing price of Mack-Cali Realty's stock on May 15.
