Duke Realty Gets a New CFO

There's a new individual in the CFO chair at Duke Realty . Following the resignation of Christie Kelly, the company has named Mark Denien as its new finance chief. Kelly stepped down to serve in the same position for fellow real estate purveyor Jones Lang LaSalle . Denien will formally take up the position tomorrow.

Denien is currently Duke Realty's chief accounting officer, and is also senior vice president at the firm. He has been with the company since 2005; prior to that, he was a partner at KPMG in Indianapolis, where he worked for 16 years.
