(NAS: AIQ) , a leading national provider of outpatient diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy services, has been recognized by Avatar Solutions for its excellence in patient satisfaction in 2012. Alliance Imaging and Alliance Oncology, which are both divisions of Alliance HealthCare Services, received Avatar's Exceeding Patient Expectations Award in 2012. This award was presented to organizations that exceeded patient expectations throughout 2012 as compared to Avatar's national database. This is the sixth consecutive year that the Company has received this honor.
Avatar Solutions is a leading provider of patient, Consumer Assessment of Health Plans Study (CAPHS), employee and physician surveys. Avatar Solutions' awards are meant to honor the significant accomplishments of organizations involved in patient satisfaction and innovation in healthcare settings.
