Names Producer Brett Tomberlin to Lead in Development and Production

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ubiquity Studios, (OTCQB: UBIQ) a state-of-the-art film and television studio based in Irvine, CA, announced today that entertainment industry veteran Brett Tomberlin has joined the studio team as Vice-President of Development and Production.

Ubiquity's 30,000-square-foot 3D digital production facility - with the largest soundstages between L.A. and San Diego - is located near the convergence of the 405 and the 5 freeways in the commercial heart of Orange County. It boasts three large stages, multiple edit suites, full service kitchen, hair and make-up salon and a luxury green room.

With Ubiquity Studios business expanding, Tomberlin will oversee its entertainment partnerships, the direction for the Studio's television and feature film production slate, as well as its distribution strategy, among other roles.

Brett Tomberlin Biography:

Tomberlin is a multi-faceted producer with credits in many genres. On the horizon for Tomberlin is The Untitled Winchester Mystery House Project, a film based on the rich history and mythology of what is known to many as the "world's most famous haunted house." Tomberlin's Imagination Design Works is producing for Exclusive Media under its "Hammer Films" label.

Tomberlin's executive producer credits include the following: ASIFA Hollywood's 33rd Annual Annie Awards, An Evening with Costanza and Late Night, Laughs and Leno.

Tomberlin started his career as a production consultant with Warner Brothers Studios and Andy Ackerman Productions in Burbank, California. During that time, he has been a part of such productions as 20th Century Fox's Life on a Stick, NBC Studios' Come to Papa, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Ellen and CBS Studios' Listen-Up.

In 2004, Tomberlin moved to San Francisco to join the Master Replicas Company overseeing the Walt Disney Studios and Disney Theme Park accounts. Tomberlin became Creative Director for Master Replicas and during his tenure produced the merchandise offering for Pirates of the Caribbean, Narnia, Star Wars and The Disney Collection Showcase franchises.
