KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. (NYS: SNI) has declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share payable on June 10, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2013.
