GasLog Keeps Dividend Steady at $0.11

LNG carrier owner-operator GasLogwill pay a second-quarter dividend of $0.11 per share, the same rate it's paid for the last two quarters after initiating its dividend payment, the company announced today.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 11 to the holders of record at the close of business on May 28. Headquartered in Monaco, GasLog currently has a fleet of 12 LNG carriers.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.44-per-share annual dividend yielding 3.4% based on the closing price of GasLog's stock on May 14.
