Modine Appoints Ralf Beck Chief Technology Officer
RACINE, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Modine Manufacturing Company (NYS: MOD) today announced the appointment of Ralf Beck to the position of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, effective May 14, 2013. In this role, Beck will report to Thomas Burke, President and Chief Executive Officer, and will be responsible for Modine's global Research and Development and Engineering organizations.
Beck, 52, has been with Modine for 26 years and has held a variety of management positions, including Application Engineering Manager; Sales Director of Modine´s Europe Heavy Duty Division; Product Director; Managing Director Sales and Engineering - Europe; and most recently, Vice President, Research and Engineering. Mr. Beck has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Science Reutlingen in Germany.
