Broadcom Keeps Dividend Steady

Updated

Broadcom is broadcasting a fresh payout for its shareholders. The company has declared a quarterly distribution of $0.11 per share of its common stock, payable on June 17 to shareholders of record as of May 31. Holders of both class A and B common stock are eligible for the dividend.

That $0.11 matches Broadcom's most recent disbursement, which was handed out in early March. Before that, the company paid $0.10 per share. Since launching dividend payments in 2010, the company has raised them incrementally at the beginning of every year.

The current dividend annualizes to $0.44 per share. That yields 1.2% at Broadcom's current stock price of $36.57.
