NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- (NYS: AFT) - Apollo Senior Floating Rate Fund Inc. (the "Fund") today announced the declaration of its distribution for the month of June, 2013 of $0.105 per common share, payable on the date noted below.

The following dates apply to the declared distribution:

Ex-Date: June 14, 2013
Record Date: June 18, 2013
Payment Date: June 28, 2013
Per Share Amount: $0.105
