Google AdSense Goes After Vietnamese Market

Updated

Google has launched support of the Vietnamese language for AdSense, saying Vietnam is "one of the fastest growing online markets in the world."

According to the World Bank, Vietnam's Internet penetration has grown by 10 times in less than a decade. While penetration was only 3.8% in 2003, 35.5% of the population was online by 2011.

In addition, Google thinks AdSense language support will eventually help fuel "more great quality content creation" as advertisers will be able to reach out to more users through display ads.
