Sapient to Announce First Quarter Financial Results on May 15
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sapient (NAS: SAPE) today announced that it will release financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 on Wednesday,May 15, 2013 after the close of regular market hours. Sapient also announced today that it has filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the Securities and Exchange Commission, advising that additional time is needed for the company to complete its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. As cited in the Form 12b-25, the company expects to file the Form 10-Q on Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
Following the release of the first quarter results on Wednesday, Alan J. Herrick, Sapient's chief executive officer and co-chairman, and Joseph S. Tibbetts, Jr., senior vice president and chief financial officer, will hold a conference call beginning at 4:30 p.m. ET, which will also be broadcast live via the Internet.
