Pengrowth Energy Declares Dividend for June

The dividends continue to flow for investors in Canada's Pengrowth Energy . The company has declared its latest monthly distribution, which will be US$0.04 per share of its common stock, to be handed out on June 17 to shareholders of record as of May 23. That amount matches each of the company's preceding monthly dividends for calendar 2013.

Pengrowth's policy is to pay its regular disbursement on or about the 15th of every month. So far this year, the company has paid $0.20 in dividends.

The current distribution annualizes to $0.47 per share. That yields 9.4% at Pengrowth's current stock price of $5.01.
