OBJE: Phantasmic Submitted to Google Play for Approval

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Obscene Interactive, the gaming division of OBJ Enterprises (OTCBB: OBJE), eagerly anticipates approval for Phantasmic, the debut gaming app from its development partner Novalon Games, to be distributed on the Google (NAS: GOOG) app market after its submission last week.

Google Play accounted for the majority of all downloads in the first quarter of 2013 with 6.8 billion, and it was second only to Apple's (NAS: AAPL) App Store in revenues. The app marketplace's popularity is growing rapidly thanks to the proliferation of smartphones and tablets using the Google Android operating system, which relies on Google Play to retrieve applications.

"The growth of the Google Play marketplace is astonishing, with no signs of slowing down anytime soon," said OBJE CEO Paul Watson. "When it's approved, Phantasmic will serve as our first point of entry into the marketplace as we work to build Novalon Games into a top-tier app development company."

Phantasmic is the first game to be created by Novalon Games, the developer founded by a joint venture between OBJE and Source Street. It was submitted for inclusion in the Apple App Store last month. It's the first of many products that the company has planned to build market share in a rising industry that pulled in $2.2 billion in revenues over the first three months of 2013 alone.

The game is built on the freemium distribution model, with a dazzling array of in-app purchase options to be included.

Obscene Interactive is working to deliver a wide range of innovative gaming products for the Apple App Store and Google Play platforms alongside companies such as Glu Mobile Inc. (NAS: GLUU) and The9 Limited (NAS: NCTY) .
