Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering of Common Stock
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. (NYS: AHH) (the "Company") today announced the completion of its initial public offering of 16,525,000 shares of common stock priced at $11.50 per share. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AHH."
Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated served as joint book-running managers for the offering. Oppenheimer & Co. served as lead manager.
