Verizon and Vodafone at a Standstill

Verizon and has been trying to buy Vodafone's 45% stake in Verizon Wireless for years, and now might be the time to make a deal. But Vodafone isn't going to give it up cheap and has been reluctant to accept offers less than $130 billion.
